Thunderfire cannons. These will wreck hordes, armoured infantry, and light/medium vehicles.
The local SM player has several squadrons and they never fail to wreck my stuff.

Welcome to Dakka, and back to the Ultramarines.
The big change is formations. While you still can build with the old FOC/CAD, it pays to shift gears to the new system. It looks like you are set up to go with a few of them right off the bat, which is good.
The basic one is a demi company, so 3 tacs, 1 assault, and 1 dev, with some substitutions allowed for the AM/dev. With 20 tacs you could split them into 3 squads, but you might want to look into getting 30 tactical marines, just so you can do a full 3x10. One of the more competitive build takes advantage of the rule that gives you free pods/rhinos/razors if you field a full company of marines. Sure, you pay to put a lot of PA on the table, but the free points help make up for it.
On that note, even if you don’t go full company, you need transports.
One of the other easy formations is a 1st co one, where you field 3-5 veteran squads. You have that.
Another easy pick is a 10th company one. If you have 10 scouts with snipers and shotguns, I’ll assume 2 squads half and half. Pick up one more and you have the scout formation, which is good for smaller games. Land Speeder Storms are worth the points, particularly if you’ve got and enjoy a squad of shotgunners.
More HQs are always good. You might not be fielding your terminators every game, so having a HQ to stick someplace else could be good. Jump pack chaplain or captain would boost your AMs significantly. There is a librarian conclave that lets you field 3+ librarians and crank out a huge amount of power.
There is an armored formation that needs 3 tanks to field, you have one. If you want to grab 2 more vinids/preds/WWs, plus a techmarine, you can field that. It’s the only way, barring including a CAD, to get your pred into the new formations.

You definetly needs some transports. Look into picking up rhinos/razorbacks. Or drop pods. After that just follow Nevelon's advice. He gave me some great advice when I asked for help with my Ultras, so his advice is actually pretty dang good.

Thanks for all the help! I got myself three rhinos, a razerback and a drop pod, whoever, i wouldve loved to have known how inconceivably difficult it is to both assemble and paint. I was about 30 seconds from throwing it across the room.
Was also thinking of adding a Knight to my collection, should I?

Drop pods are my least favorite model to build, but one of my favorite to play. I subjected myself to three. You generally want odd numbers of them. It helps to assemble and paint them in parts.
I don't own a knight, but have faced off against them a few times. They do pretty well on the table. Not invincible, but tough with a good bit of firepower. There are worse things to have in your collection.

You can't go wrong with a Knight. Not only are they fluffy additions, but depending on which one you pick they can do a lot of work. Not to mention a nicely painted one looks magnificent on the table.
