I wanted this to represent an elite force of Death Guard rolling in and bringing plague and destruction, Nurgle style! I love the idea of the Plaugereaper spewing filth over enemy battle lines while Terminator squads advance full force with Demon Princes, and then Decimators lumbering out of the Warp blasting away with their Soulburners.
