Hey Guys,

Soo, this is my first Post on this forum and i thought I'd make a thread for all my finished miniatures to go to.
There will be different miniatures from diffrent games etc. so not only 40k related stuff

Anyway we will start with 40k:
At the moment im planing to do a new Skitarii Army to go with my existing Templars.
I wanted to go for a different paint scheme then those shown in the codex. And what i always liked about the AdMech was their usage of Radioactive Weapons etc.
Thats why i tried to go for a gritty Radioactive/Rusted combo on my Skitarii. Enjoy

Btw. the first to guess that freehand gets 50 Points
And if I write anything wrong or whatever, dont hate me, English is not my Motherlanguage

Heh, Brotherhood of Steel... Anyway, looks pretty good, the free-hand is nice. The gun and backpack could do with stronger highlights. More definition on the bionics/armour would look nice too.

The Skitarii looks like he belongs in Borderlands with his paint style. Nice work

H.B.M.C.- The end hath come! From now on armies will only consist of Astorath, Land Speeder Storms and Soul Grinders!
War Kitten- Vanden, you just taunted the Dank Lord Ezra. Prepare for seven years of fighting reality...
koooaei- Emperor: I envy your nipplehorns. <Magnus goes red. Permanently>
Neronoxx- If our Dreadnought doesn't have sick scuplted abs, we riot.
Frazzled- I don't generally call anyone by a term other than "sir" "maam" "youn g lady" "young man" or " HEY bag!"
Ruin- It's official, we've ran out of things to talk about on Dakka. Close the site. We're done.
mrhappyface- "They're more what you'd call guidlines than actual rules" - Captain Roboute Barbosa
Steve steveson- To be clear, I'd sell you all out for a bottle of scotch and a mid priced hooker.

The Skitarii has a cool, unique look, like none that I have seen before. I dig the glowing green face and the use of the glowing green on the gun definitely makes me think radioactive. It also contrasts well with the blue.

This will make for an attention-grabbing, unique army for sure!

Hey Guys,

I just finished the First Skitarii Ranger Squad painted after scheme shown above.
I must say its fearly quick to paint and looks quite good on the battlefield.(For me at least )
What do you guys think ?

Overall it took me about 1 1/2 Painting days to finish the last 4 for the squad i'd say.
I hope you like them

Cheers
