Seems like high ap and swarms would do the trick, maybe Imperial Knights and Vehicles? I'm thinking about taking either Skitarii an IK and Necrons or Skitarii IK and DE. I would just take Canoptec harvests or DE warriors in venoms and then Reavers. Would easily counter grav,but i would be weak to flamers

Depends, what is the SM running?

I think a Knight in that Skitaari/Cult formation would do very well. Necrons with lots of Ghost Arks and Wraiths would be tons of a slow dragout fight.

Ehhh, DE could do well, but if they have good ranged firepower/ignores cover, you're in for some trouble.

Volume of fire works great, a 3+ save is nice but when you have to take 50 its not. High AP can work, any of the Imperial Knights will shred space marines.

Kastellan robots abosultely shred marines. Each one can produce 9 str6 ap3 shots with the right protocols.

AP3 and decent (at least 4) strength volume fire are the answer my friend.
