Hello fellas, here is a project I'm currently working on using mixed media. If you have any constructive critiques or comments I'd appreciate it.

Thanks for looking!

Also what do you mean by mixed media?

Mixed media is a fancy word I learned the other day, it means using more than one type of paint medium for a project. In this case it was acrylic paint, oil paint, enamel paint, and dry pigment. I used a lot of different techniques:

hairspray chipping, oil dot weathering, streaking effect, dry pigment dusting and clumping (if thats really a technique? and color modulation to name a few.

I can try to give a little more info later when I have a little more time. I'm currently using all free time for hobbying but I can offer a few links to some of the techniques used!

I'm just starting to use some of the techniques you've mentioned, would definitely love to see a tutorial
Thanks, I set out trying to record the steps but when the muse is strong and the night is late I think I missed the weathering steps. I'm still at a point where I can't weather and do anything else at the same time, multitasking .

I see what you did there
