in quite a casual setting against a footslogging IG army, how do you think this would do?

Autarch w/ Warp jump generator and Fusion Gun
5 Rangers
3 Windriders w/Scatterlasers
5 Warp Spiders
5 Swooping Hawks w/Exarch
3 Dark Reapers

For casual play it'd do fine. However I don't think this is a legal Combined Arms Detachment - it seems as though you're missing a Troop. Unless you're running an Allied Detachment and Aspect Host, but that'd be odd.

Also in my experience I've gotten more bang out of the Autarch on a Jetbike or with Swooping Hawk Wings. The Spider pack doesn't give him the rules you really want if you compare the Warp Spider rules to just the Warp Jump upgrade wargear.

Actually OP is right, this is a legal CAD, the rangers and Bikes are both troops for eldar. I think it is a great list, only at 500 points I think the small body count might hurt a little

I personally think you would be better off not running a CAD and just running an aspect host. Maybe even a 2nd one. Keep all your aspects, maybe grab a few more, and enjoy BS5 and all the Ld benefits.

Ah, I missed the Rangers. Apparently their cover save is *that* good.

so if it was just an aspect host, which others would compliment the WS, SH and DR?
