So there it is, please comment with helpful criticism and advice because I'm guessing that I have made some mistake. Anyway, I really like the game plan of just sitting back and shooting; I love playing defence and would really like any recommendations of a specific game plan.

To start off with, I can see that you have a great deal of tanks. I take it, that you're going for a sort of tank company.
Which leads me to my next question: Have you considered just going all IG? Having your tanks in different squads is a good way to not lose 3 tanks to a bunch of D weapons.

Who will you be going up against? You might consider taking other options, especially with necrons, since they'll be taking down your tanks no matter the armour (They auto-glace on a 6 to wound)
