Hello hello hello!

Okkay, I want to start a CSM army with a specific color scheme, was looking for some turquoise, metal and purple and I found a scheme I'm in love with, I will attach the picture.

Ok, what I need to know is which color to use. At first Inwas like: OMG, I got a picture, can see every color citadel offer, easy to determine the colors!

Welp, no.

So here's my guess

Base: caledor sky(base for turquoise) and balthasar gold or warplock bronze for the metal color.
Shade: ...... Nuln oil???? ( Honestly, I don't know. I think the shade need to make the metal color darker, so that's why nuln oil is my guess. Also, I'm not sure about nuln oil because when you look closer, yes the metal is darkened by something but the purple and the turquoise have bright edge. By edge I mean the little line near the metal color.)
Layer: genestealer purple ; temple guard blue ( for ALL the turquoise).
Dry: ..... What?

I pretty sure I'm wrong almost everywhere, it's the first time I'm using the paint how it should be (base/shade/layer/dry)(thin my paint)(etc.) that's why I required help for color, because I'm kinda lost to create effect of light!

Thank you!

That's because the armour plates have been edge highlighted - that's got nothing to do with whatever wash may have been applied to the metal. You can either paint the armour colour first then be careful when applying a wash, or do the metal areas first.

The highlights will have been done by edge highlighting with Layer paints, not with any of the Dry colours.

I can't give you the exact names, but I'd go with a turquoise base coat, shade with a blue wash (probably confined to the crevices, rather than applied over the whole model) and highlight by mixing the base colour with a pale blue or white. For the metal, a gold colour, black or dark brown (Agrax Earthshade?) wash then highlight with the base colour then silver. Probably Genestealer Purple highlighted with white.

The GW answer is most likely:

Stegadon Scale - Base
Coelia Greenshade - Wash
Sotek Green - Layer 1
Temple Guard Blue - Layer 2
Skink Blue - Dry

I would try this:
1. Prime black
2. Basecoat Temple Guard
3. Wash with either Drakenhof, Biel-Tan or Coelia - see what looks best.
4. Clean up w/ Temple Guard
5. Highlight with a mix of Ushbanti Bone and Temple Guard

You should look into getting Vallejo Model Air or Game Air colors. They are much cheaper than GW and easier to work with (IMHO). Vallejo also has a great wash range with more colors.
