So, I have been looking at pictures of the Betrayal at Calth box set, with the intention to use it for a start to a Emperor's Children army, only problem is, the Contemptor.
I do not like seeing it with one ranged weapon and a power fist, I personally think it would look better with the melta on one arm a assault canon on the other. Now, I'm not very good when it comes to cutting up models to make them suit me, messed up a few before. So, before I attempt cutting it up, I thought it would be best to ask, do you think it would be possible to cut away at one of the guns, turn it 180 degrees, and have both guns?
If it is possible, then I'll have a spare power fist, and if I buy another box set, I could do the same, except with the power fist, allowing me to have dreadnought with 2 guns, and a dreadnought with 2 power fists.

A straight, smooth saw cut above the elbow shield, flush with the rectangular shoulder block should make it possible. Might be easier to do after gluing the arm halves together so you get one even cut.

Ah, thank you. I'll try this when I get my hands on the model. And I'll keep the picture you included close by so that I can refer to it. Thanks again.
