That's actually the second version. It was originally supposed to be a battle game.

It's always nice to see a new light put on old memories, isn't it?

It was far too ambitious for its time; it was to be a MMO with very heavy RPG elements, it was even to have permanent injuries.

A similar game may work today though as the tastes of the general gaming public have matured and there is the technology to do it justice.
