We all know that some chapters don't know their primarch. We also know that some chapters have some traits that show similarities with the Traitor Legions. Blood Ravens have lots of psykers like the Thousand Sons, Red scorpions have the purest geneseed in the Imperium (like Fulgrim back in the olden days). The extremely violent nature of the Minotaurs could be linked to the World Eaters. Could it realy be that the Imperium has put the traitor's geneseed to use? Could it be that new seeds of heresy are thrown within th Imperiums soil?

While it isn't confirmed, it is also suspected that the Marines Malevolent are descended from World Eater's stock. Whether that was on purpose or not we don't know. Probably isn't sowing any new seeds of heresy though.
