might consider swapping one of the thirsters for a LoC. still pretty high strength, but at initiative, has divination, and adds some WC dice.

A Lord of change works..(Tho the idea started with two rage thirsters.) Not sure about trying the grimoire without fatey.
But with fatey, and invisibility you can do two deathstars.
Something like..

Kharn runs with the hounds, slingshotting him
Kharn or fatey as warlord depending on how much you like the warpstorm.
