So my google-fu is proving mighty weak as of late and I was wondering if anyone has some good methods of painting Eldar armor/body armor to look like it's been beaten around a bit since even well kept armor gets banged up during long campaigns.

All I've been able to find is damaged Ultramarine tanks and since Eldar don't use actual metals in their armor it's not as useful in some ways.

The armor will be predominately teal/turquoise with white helms and dark blue face plates. The weapons will be bone white colored and that's what I'm thinking of using for the color of the armor where the paint(?) is damaged off.

Is Eldar armor painted, or is the wraith one just grown in different colors?

From what I've seen it seems to be painted with the wraith bone is a cream/bone color.

It's no different than any other kind of armor that's chipped: think of the material that should be the unpainted color (bone or metal for instance), and those should be the color of the chips. To give the chips depth, outline the chipping with a very dark shade of the armor, dark brown or black. Experiment a little on an old model to figure out a scheme you like
