Hey guys,

Here are my head-swapped Kasrkrins which I'm using as Stromtroopers.

Though I am mostly happy with them; they're the first models I've painted in about 1.5 years now, I am worried that they might be too dark; that they don't really pop.

I'm not so keen on using cartoony 'Eavy Metal style' edge highlights on the black armour, though, so does anyone have any advice? Or am I being too paranoid in thinking that these models are dark?

As you can see, the boots and bases still need some work, so maybe the models can be made to 'pop' a bit better after that. I'm also not entirely happy with how the lenses on the eyes and rifles came out.

C&C wanted please!

I like the head swap, and I like the scheme.
they are very dark, instead of the edge highlighting, you could bring up some of the blacks to a very dark grey and then wash or glaze with a tint such as blue, to give a little character to them.

I think a little more work on the eyes and the scope lenses on the weapons would make a big difference to the overall look, even something as simple as a slightly lighter colour applied as a dot in the corner.

The head swap works nicely aesthetically and your colour scheme is cool

I would echo just doing the eyes and lenses, add another 2 shades of lighter green and these will look awesome. really like the swap looks great!!!

They are awesome - I would also brighten up the eyes and make them pop more. I think that would heighten their spooky feel.

I'd love to see a more zoomed out view
