Zombies from Renegades and Heretics have a - for their leadership value. In the BRB there is nothing about leadership being a - and leadership affecting abilities. However, there are similar situations, such as blind, and stat tests, where a - is deemed an auto pass. The zombies, having no leadership, would you play them as immune, or leadership 0?

Iirc, models with a 0 or - for a characteristic, auto fail any test on that ability.

If they are zombies from Typhus, their LD is the same as the cultist, for your situation I would treat them as same LD as cultist if your opponent is ok with that.

The IA 13 or Vraks Zombies have LD - . This unfortunately counts as 0 for things like psychic shriek. Iirc due to basic mechanics rules at the start of the brb.
