The Shadow Force allows the unit of land speeders to move an additional 6" when it goes Flat Out

The rules under land speeders for anti-grav upwash also say an additional 6" (whilst it has 3 speeders in the unit).

So, a unit of 3 shadow force land speeders can flat out an additional 12"?

Yes, no reason those two additionals cannot stack that I can see.
