The officer/NCO on the radio is almost undoubtedly wearing an M1943 (I mean I could be wrong, it could be a mackinaw, but I feel pretty certain, I wear my 43 pretty often). The officer in the center is harder to tell but could be wearing an M1941. The lack of pockets on the front, the length, and the collar seem to match. The cuffed sleeves are also possibly indicative, if he has the buttons cinched up.
The medical/stretcher bearer is tricky. You have at least two pockets, on the front, so it isn't a 41, but it looks too short to be a 43 (and that's not something you can tuck in). It also does look like there's a wool shirt poking out under the cuffs of his sleeves. Not really sure to be honest. It's possible he's got an HBT shirt over his wool shirt, which certainly wasn't unheard of. Guys would layer them over the wool, especially the trousers, for warmth and durability.
(And as is typical of hobbyists, the painter has gone ahead and painted them all the color of a sun-bleached M1941 because that's how GIs looked, right?)
