Looking to make a fun to play list using Plague Zombies and I like tanks so the Vindicators seemed most effective, looking for any changes to make this more fun to play, I know there's quite a bit of over spend on upgrades. Would anyone swap anything out and if so what for?

Doesn't have to be nurgle, not too keen on the dinosaur stuff preferably tanks and infantry, open to forge world suggestions too, any good artillery?

Drop the power armour (protect from grav), black mace, combat familiar, ichor blood and gift of mutation from the daemon prince. Make it level 3 psyker.

Black mace is nasty on the DP. I would keep that. Drop the gift, blood and familiar. Give 3x mastery (rolling biomancy cuz the DPoN is a CC beast) . Give him a spell familiar so that you never fail psyker tests. Plague Marines are great because they can take 2 special weapons in a 5 man squad. Cut those squads down to 5 and give them a rhino each.

10 plague marines? my gosh that is so many points wasted. Why not split them into mjnimal 5 with 2 meltaguns in a rhino?

300pts for 10 plague marines with 2 plasmagun and pf champ? The opponent would have a wraith knight for 290pts.

I like the idea of not taking power armour to combat grav on the DP and the other suggestions are good, left in the gift of mutation because I had 10 points spare, I could have changed one of the plague marines up for plasma/combi plasma but think I prefer 3xmelta squads. The Deamonic Possession for a tank with a blast weapon is awesome to keep it firing.

[420pts] 3x Vindicators - Dozer blades, Deamonic Possession

Try and squeeze the 15 points for a combi bolter on each vindicator, to give you that 50% protection on weapon destroyed results. Drop the gift of mutation and you just need to find five points somewhere.
