All in the title. I'm rebuilding a few of my Blood Angels and I'm wondering if there is any way to break a plastic glue bond without damaging them too much. I can greenstuff things but I'd rather not. Thoughts?

No. None. Plastic glue does not form an adhesive layer between like cyano-acylate, it physically melts the two parts, which then solidify, as one piece.
Much as I hate to say it, but you are screwed.

I had a feeling. But I asked just in case.

You can have a crack at just wiggling the two parts and hoping the joint starts to loosen. Goblinzz is right that it melts the two parts, but the weld is often porous and doesn't completely cover the joint meaning that it's still a weak point and can be snapped apart.
I've had some marines glued together with plastic glue that I managed to snap apart again.
But if you used enough glue to fully fill the joint, you have very little chance of pulling them apart.

Yeah, it depends on the plastic glue that you used, how much you used, how well it set, etc.
On most models, I don't use a ton of glue (I mean, I'm not trying to build a rope out of plastic), so even if it's plastic glue, a good twist will tear or snap the two pieces apart.

If you have a small saw and a steady hand you can do it.. Might need to build up the hemisphere you put the torso on but shouldn't be too bad.
I've got a little almost xacto sized sized saw which works wonders for fiddly work.

I had some berserkers like this. I used an exacto knife to split apart the two halves of the torso. Worked pretty well.

In the worst case you can separate them with a jeweller's saw without too much kerf.
If you want to build them back to the same height again, oval discs of 0.25mm or 0.5mm plasticard would do the trick.

Sadly yes.
Razor saw and Litany of Forgiveness.
Ought only leave a thin line if you stay straight, and easily covered up after.
