Guys , does anyone have the stats for this? I would like to use it for an ITC event but can't find what rules to use for it. Disclaimer.... I voted against getting it for cheap in the poll! I have the model built and ready to go but never get to use it.

It's in Warhammer: Apoc.
Techinically the Dread Mob PDF is where it comes from but the rules are in Apoc.

Is printing the Dredd mob PDF not acceptable for ITC? It's free, and it's an official rule book for the game.
There's no way you could have stolen those rules because they're literally free to download direct from forgeworld.

I actually have the old Apocalypse book with the Stompa. But the rules don't seem compatible with 7th.

ITC is fine with printing out the Dread Mob PDF, or even just the specific pages with rules.

I think you are looking at an older version of the APOC book.
The rules for the Big Mek Stompa seem pretty compatible with 7th to me.
When I search Google for "Big Mek Stompa Rules" the 1st image hit is the same as the rules from my 6th Ed Apoc book.
