Hello all!
I'm not trying to rehash the issue, but I was wondering if anyone could help me find the court documents and decisions related to the GW vs Chapterhouse case. I know its available as public information, but I cant seem to nail down how to find that actual documents. All my googling has just left me with a bunch of article on the subject. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

There will be a fair few presented thoughout this thread: http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/355433.page

Try filtering for Weeble's posts.

Oh, I certainly vote with my dollar, but the problem is that that is not enough. The problem with the 'vote with your dollar' response is that it doesn't take into account why we're not buying the product. I want to enjoy 40k enough to buy back in. It was my introduction to traditional games, and there was a time when I enjoyed it very much. I want to buy 40k, but Gamesworkshop is doing their very best to push me away, and simply not buying their product won't tell them that.

Find one of his posts, and then click "filter thread" a couple spaces below his name/avatar.

Black Bases and Grey Plastic Forever:My quaint little hobby blog.

40k- The Kumunga Swarm (more)
Count Mortimer’s Private Security Force/Excavation Team (building)
Kabal of the Grieving Widow (less)

Plus other games- miniature and cardboard both.

You can go to RECAP.

For some damn reason the 'archive' has only ever gone to document 333, despite the fact that many other documents have been uploaded to RECAP from PACER.

You can also make a PACER account, install the RECAP app, and access the uploaded documents for free by clicking on the little blue RECAP icons that pop up.

OR, you can follow this DIRECT LINK to the RECAP archived docket, current through document 518. The document numbers that are hyperlinks will take you to the archived documents.

So...is there anything you are looking for in particular? If so, I could probably point you in the right direction.

Out of curiosity, I'd also like to know what the interest is.

Kirasu: Have we fallen so far that we are excited that GW is giving us the opportunity to spend 58$ for JUST the rules? Surprised it's not "Dataslate: Assault Phase"

AlexHolker: "The power loader is a forklift. The public doesn't complain about a forklift not having frontal armour protecting the crew compartment because the only enemy it is designed to face is the OHSA violation."

AlexHolker: "Allow me to put it this way: Paramount is Skynet, reboots are termination attempts, and your childhood is John Connor."
