OK, i have searched and not found a definitive rule for this unit and the lifta droppa. Partly as I only have the 1st Apocalypse book from GW, I do not have Apocalypse reloaded. I do have IA 8 and the dread mob update. The update says to use the 40k Apoc Big mek stompa rules for Buzzgob's Stompa. But i have read where some update has d6 power fields and a different lifta droppa weapon. I read the lifta droppa rules on the wagon, which should not apply totally to the stompa. My questions are: where is the updated errata for the warhammer 40k apocalypse rules, the lifta droppa weapon, and the big mek stompa. The most references are from the FW books. I am reading the apoc book from GW where it has rules for the lifta droppa. Why would forge world rules supersede the GW rules? If they do, and i have to use FW rules, does a 1 on the mishap table completely annihilate my stompa?
Thanks,

The most recent rules for the Big Mek Stompa are in the apocalypse warzone Armageddon rules in the most recent apocalypse book.

[That's this one]

They are complete and supersede the older forgeworld rules. You don't have to worry about the mishap - it no longer has that rule.

It's not a great superheavy as you need to roll to hit with your main weapons on your fairly shoddy ballistic skill, but nevertheless if you do hit the weapons are pretty nasty and you can always chop stuff up with your mega-choppa.
