Hey all, in preparation for my BaC box, I'm getting all my plans in order. I will be making the two sets of bases very distinct.
The traitors I'm gonna try the whole lava thing (with cork as the rocks) and that bright yellow and red.
On the loyalist bases I wanna do the same cork rock but was thinking of doing blue lightning that comes out from the crevises.
All the tutorials I've come across only deals with swords and the like.
Does any of you know if its been done and or have suggestions on how to do it.
Thanking you in advance.

Do you actually want lightning to come out or do you jsut want that electrified glow? If you want it coming out, you can use wire and paint it.

If you go to my gallery and goto the Grey Knights area, I have a red custom GK terminator that has a light source coming out of his staff.

if you just want it in the crevices. start off with a dark blue and paint a wide area... then a light blue and step the area down a bit... then a light blue and step the are down even further... then white in the middle most parts.
