Hi guys! Taking this list to a tournament, what do you think? I don't think I'll have time to paint an extra 10 points so no sideboard most likely. If I do have time I'll probably just paint up a unit of Protectors, would that be a good idea?

1 Thunderstrike Brotherhood 2
1 Lord Celestant on Dracoth 2,5
1 Lord Relictor 1
1 Heraldor 1
1 Lord Castellant 1,5
1 Knight Venator 1
10 Liberators 2
10 Judicators 3
5 Decimators 2
6 Prosecutors 2
5 Retributors 2

TOTAL 20 points

Good call on the Heraldor. I haven't played with a Venator myself yet but I've read that he seems to prove a bit weak more often than not. For one pool choice it's not bad though.

Can't see anything wrong with the list. It's pretty much the direction I want to take my own Stormcast army. Interested to know how it goes.

Thanks for the comments! The Venator, coincidentally, is the only model in the list I don't own yet. My thought was to use him to snipe characters, which on paper seemed like a good idea. Will have to look into it more. The Heraldor is awesome if you play with a lot of terrain, you can just hide him behind stuff and toot away to your hearts content.

Only concern I have is if I put too many points into heroes. The Castellant+dog is cool (my favorite model in fact) but I could remove him and add more stuff. Or maybe the Venator so I won't have to buy him

Have you tried Vexillor using the penant to deepstrike a unit on the enemy yet?
Want to try that myself using a unit of 10 Judicators armed with crossbows to give them 30 shots at 3+ to hit, 4+ to wound before any other possible buffs (or the possible mortal wounds from the Hurricane).

Looks pretty dece. I'd be interested in the Vex with Paladins too, but all the heroes seem to bring something decent.

Any play testing so far? How do you picture it playing?

“It was in lands of the Chi-An where she finally ran him to ground. There she kissed him deeply as he lay dying, and so stole from him his last, agonized breath.

On a delicate chain at her throat, she keeps it with her to this day.”
