I will play predominantly germans with a sprinkling of Russians and US Army. I expect a few tanks, but nothing major armour wise.

Number one seems okay but lacks antitank weapons. The only two things which you have whom can take on anything heavier than a light tank are your FO whom only has one chance a game and needs to roll a to do so and your Flamethrower whom need to get stupidly close to have a chance. This list, whilst veteran, also lacks numbers and will require careful playing as one wrong move on your behalf or lucky round of shooting from your opponent will cripple it.

Number two presents a better number of bodies but once again lacks any anti tank. I can not stress enough on just how vital AT weapons are in this game - without them enemy tanks will be all but immortal.

Number three is essentially just number two changed over a little bit.

Your armies are not bad and they bring plenty of bodies to the board for a 750 point game but they lack two vital components: Anti Tank and transport. Transports do not always matter (my British regularly fight dismounted) but Anti Tank is vital. Luckily you will be unlikely (and very unlucky too) encounter anything above a light tank at 750 points but if you have any plans to expand then I would advise you to purchase a Bazooka team and equip some of your Infantry with Anti Tank grenades. When it comes to purchasing your first tank I would advise a Sherman, although if you are going pure Marines then a M3 is also appropriate.

As to your question,I would say list #3 is the best one. It has a nice amount of bodies for this tier and the Veterans will provide you with some fun and experience with using the more elite units.
