Anyone have recent dealings with them or bought and received an order recently?

I play Armada so I bought the 65$ terrain set from them on NOV 2nd. Got the confirm email and I have received email mailing updates from their store but anytime I have tried to contact them (which ive sent 4-5 emails now) on an order update I hear nothing back. No tracking on order, no order update. They say they reply in 1 business day but this is pretty crappy service. Id like to get the stuff before filling a claim with paypal over it but id like to know if anyone else has dealt with them recently.

A while ago, Raef noted that the company was in the process of moving, and he understood that they were moving INTERNATIONALLY.

I noticed a few weeks back that their stuff on Amazon UK had gone 'Unavailable', and still is.

Please update if you receive your items, I'd like to place an order with them.

I sent another email asking for an update, and letting them know if I hear nothing by Friday I will be forced to get my money back via paypal.

So far no word. Not much hope in hearing from them either. Very disapointing and wont be reccomending this company to anyone.

If your moving locations, and cant have time to focus on the opperation side and sending items, or at the very least replying to a email then dont have your store open.
