Storied sword and power swords are trash, also please note that the Avatar bubble does not affect your Harlequins (much sadness) also, the Haywire grenades on the jesters are kind of a waste

I think your Troupes are too heavily loaded out. Considering focusing them in on a role utilizing either melee or ranged - mixed roles usually has mediocre results.

Use the saved points to buff out an additional detachment. Possibly at the loss of a Death Jester or two depending on what you have available. An Eldar CAD for some Farseer/Windrider support in tandem with the your fluff conversion Avatar would be a good start.

I feel like you should take 1 of each of the characters and just take the formation which gives them stealth and shrouded. Its very strong. (name eludes me)

Drop the storied sword for the Rose, it is way better in challenges.

Same thing for all troupe masters. Drop the sword and replace with kiss, avoid fusion pistol. You probably cannot survive the blast.

While I agree Power Swords aren't worth it due to the kiss being cheaper and the caress being AP 2 i wouldn't drop the Storied Sword. Sure, it's over-costed but Harlequins have so little access to reliable AP in a Squad that it makes up it's points. On the charge that Troupe Master puts out 5 Ws 6 Str 5 attacks at AP 3, that is bound to chop through 3 Marines. That is 3 6's for a caress, or at least 3 models with Kisses.

Since 3+ armour save infantry that can't be swept are the most common in the game, having at least one character who can reliably chop through them is worth more then it's points belies.

As for your list, it's good within the strict confines of the detachment you are taking. It's not as competitive as it could be, but it isn't bad. Have fun. Only suggestion is to replace Fusion Pistols with Haywire Grenades on the Troupe Master. 2 Thrown Haywire Grenades + 2 combat Haywire grenades are more reliable way of wrecking a vehicle then 1 Haywire and 1 Fusion Pistol
