Ok so I posted a list last week and have had some success (2 wins no losses) but I want to try a variant with out CSM. Here is double cad. I am concerned about my ability to handle enemy flyers. Think I have enough psychic shooting/vectors to do it?

I'd put be'lakor in a csm allied detachment so you only need 1 squad of cultists. You could use extra points to give extra level to the second herald. I'd also recommend trying to give them the Locus of conjuration to help with the flickering fire damage. S6 is pretty good.

I just figured I wouldn't shot flick often and am more consumed with summoning.

I also thought since there are objectives in every itc mission that the ob sec shrouded out be useful.

Ok list updated. Is this better? I dropped a nurgling unit and made this a single cad with chaos allies again. I dropped the heldrake to make another herald for the screamers. Its not really a "star" but can do some damage in CC, helps my tank killing, and gives me more charges for powers.

If you move the knight over to csm then for 25 points you can take the first war of Armageddon relic which gives him +1 to invulnerable saves. Might be worth considering.

Where is that relic? In what book I mean.

Also do you think dropping the nurglings and changing the second herald to a lvl 3 is better? was thinking that the shrouded late game scoring was solid and I wanted to invest less points into the second herald so he doesn't cast stuff, peril, and lose the book!
