So im looking into a third crew. I like the dreamers theme and lord chompy. Id like to do a dreamer focused on chompy asap.

Whats a 50ss list that can get him out the fastest and be a good list for it? Asked over at the forums but not hearing anything.

Though I prefer summoning dreamer for effectiveness I can give you a few ideas to look at. Part of the issue has been model availability but things to look into with him would be.

Stitched Together-cheap killy minions with good synergy with dreamer.

Illuminated- Good All around neverborn minions.

Widow Weaver- A good henchman that can pull some will power tricks to make dreamers attacks more reliable.

Insidious Maddness- great scheme runners

Teddy- A good nightmare beater that synergizes well with Dreamer.

You will want Dreamer to run the Restless Dreams, and Tantrum Upgrades, as it would allow him to get Chompy out in one turn so long as he damages with his shooting attacks (as well as by summoning models.)

I don't have enough experience with him though to give you a super effective 50ss list.

As with pretty much every neverborn list, doppelganger is super useful, ditto for nekima. Amazing utility for one and a great beater in the other. Stitched, illuminated, insidious madness are all good, as are graves and lilitu.

I have a lot of fun playing the "little kids" list - Dreamer, Kade, Candy, and 2 Teddies. Put "On Dreaming Wings" on a Teddy, and the whole thing has some decent mobility, a fairly small footprint, and can land like a ton of bricks. Not great for dispersed objectives, but solid for any killing-related strategies & schemes, plus Turf War.

Otherwise, adding a Teddy & Kade to his box set is actually pretty solid - some good WP-related synergy there.

I haven't had the opportunity to dive deeply into Summoning Dreamer, owing to the out-of-print nature of so many good summoning targets.
