I got the digital version and for terminators it doesn't say how much the heavy weapons upgrades are or anything. I was going to give a psycannon a hammer or two and swords. Unit of 5

It's all good. GW, in their infinite lack of wizdom, scattered all the the useful information throughout the codex, instead of keeping all the actual rules in the rules section.
