HI, what codexs do i need for a plague touched and a blighted warband?

Depends what you're going for. Imperial Armour: Vraks and Codex Chaos Space Marines would likely be your best bet. Vraks gives you Renegades and a really interesting Nurgle Detachment that's great for Artillary styles. Sadly, IA: 13 has some of the best Chaos Space Marine units so you might also need that at a later point in time. Imperial Armour isn't a codex though. It's through Forge World but really improves your choices.
