Well, it did have a banner saying "The server will be moving a couple of days". That was about a month ago .

So, now it's actually in the process of moving, any time between later tonight and 2019.

Won't impact a thing, we're working off-site, the playtest survey, RC chatroom and working google docs/ spreadsheets are all hosted off the Mantic site.

VBulletin messed up the migration and there is a major bug that'll probably take a long time for them to sort out... based on past experience with vBulletin Mantic will be one in a very long line of support tickets.

Oh, obviously, but it means you wont get as much feedback, since most people would post it on the mantic forums.

Dump it here or one of the FB groups or over on quirkworthy as an alternative. Someone will pick it up.

I received an email saying the Mantic forums were back and that all old links would redirect to the new location. I'm still getting nothing though. Says it isn't available. Anyone know what's up?

Works for some, doesn't for others at the moment.

Either wait or use the google DNS server.

You can try flushing your dns cache and also clearing your browser cache and cookies.

Just managed to get back on, had to clear my cache for it to work though.

Did that, still nothing.

On Chrome I wasn't getting in, then I deleted all cookies and cache and it works fine.

And delete history. Just leave your stored passwords.

Clearing cache and history worked for me too.

Cleared cache, cleared cookies, cleared history, still nothing. Didnt get a DNS error or anything either, just a message that the server isnt responding. Anyone have any ideas?

Well, Im not having any problems with other websites, and I tried a uni PC earlier, no problem there. Ive seriously got no idea why Im getting that error. Makes no sense. Still getting it though.

Same error on all your browsers? Tried using the google dns servers (8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4)?

Had the issue on a new laptop I'd not used recently. This is for CHROME. Both these steps needed to be done in this order.

1. Delete browsing history, cached files and images, all cookies. Delete for all of time.
2a. Go to the page chrome://net-internals/#hsts
2b. Delete the domain manticforum.com - there's no message displayed after you hit the delete button.
​2c. Close the browser.

Open the browser and try again (http://vb.manticforum.com)
