Not sure if this counts, but I was playing Arena Of Death with pretty much the entire store using a Chaos Terminator lord. Everyone else was using Flyrants, illic Nightspear and such. I was trying to do a sort of 'hit and run' approach where I would pick off wounded models and take them out.
I died at the start of the second turn because I was in the range of both the Flyrant and some sort of necron guy. (can't remember exactly what it was, this was a year ago)
Then I went back to painting.

Fastest game was a 1,000 point game where my friend wanted to try out his new knight. Being a nice guy I decided to roll with it. T1 my Tri-las pred and Devastators all opened fire on the Knight. After all was said and done the Knight went super nova, but not before falling over onto the rest of his army and killing pretty much all of them except for a Razorback. The Razorback was then popped by a vindicator

Played against a GK army running a land raider full of beefy terminators and a knight with my harlequins. He set the knight and land raider next to each other in range of my six haywire blasts.
Killed the raider and put 3hp on the knight exposing the rest of his army, stupid expensive terminator dudes with stupid expensive GK boss man. Final haywire shot from the Voidweaver blew up the knight, which scattered into the termies and D'ed them all.

My fastest game? My 1500 Dark Angels vs. Tyranids. We went over both our army lists, rolled Warlord traits, he got the first turn, and we deployed. Took about 15 minutes up to this point. I rolled for Seize the Initiative, and got it. He reached his hand across the table and said "Good game! You win." And he then proceeded to pack up his army.
I was a little irked to say the least. I asked why? And he said he deployed counting on having the first turn. By me getting that turn, I was going to be able to shoot and massacre most of his army.

Played in a 40k in 40 minutes tournament, 600pts each. Was very fun, I ended up pulling the win with dark eldar (!). 10 man squads in raider with splinter racks are very good at slowly plinking away at the deathstars everyone brought.
Of course there are games were some one give up turn 1 or 2, but these are definitely the fastest full games.

Fastest game I played was Black Legion CSM vs Dark Angels. I'd taken the Eye of Night relic for a bit of fun but it turned out to be devastating. The DA list comprised a Ravenwing Support Squadron and a Ravenwing Strike Force, the latter my opponent decided to place in reserve. He then deployed the Support Squadron far too closely spaced and I got a direct hit with the Eye of Night on Turn 1. I rolled well for the penetrating hits and damage results, and basically one shotted the entire formation. With no models on the board at the end of the turn that was that, took probably 10 minutes if that. I did feel a bit bad but I had made sure to explain what the Eye of Night was about before we started.

against black templars, my opponent drove all his army (which was transport based) through difficult terrain in the same turn and failed every one of his dangerous terrain checks.
his army was forced to disembark and walk and by the time they had made it to effective battle range his army was basically dead on table it was GG by the bottom of turn 2

Playing a doubles tournament with some weird rules (both players come under one CAD, with one formation allowed on top, each gets a 1000 points, all factions are considered battle brothers). I was CSM, my partner was GK. There was an odd number of people, so one guy played by himself - 2000pts of Tau. The GK's main unit and general deepstriked in on turn one thanks to his warlord trait, promptly got annihilated due to interceptors, most of the other units on the board got wiped out. Even with the rest of our units coming in on turn two, by the end of turn two all that was left was a single unit of cultists locked in CC with a Riptide...

Had a few two turn games.
In 6th, I used to run Buffmander allied in with a unit of plasma cannon devs. I also used to run several units of 8 Inquisitorial Psykers (so S10 AP1 large blast, plus some plasma guns on warrior acolytes). Both those lists racked up T2 wins from people who had no idea what the list could do.
On the flip side, the opponent from the first example sprung a Transcendent C'Tan on me in the lowest possible point game for it, as payback.
Shortest, though, would be when my Deep Strike shenanigans fail. I run DE near-null deploy lists, so if my feeble starting force can get shot off the table turn one, I lose. (It's happened once or twice.)

1000 pt. His Eldar vs my LotD with Culexus. Was the first time I've run a Culexus, I got cocky after how he performed in our first game, so decided in second game to plant him on the single objective marker dead center on the board...in range of everything in his army. Even at BS1, weight of numbers took him out.

I had a 55 minute 500 pt game in an escalation tournament with my chaos marines that went like this
1. 2 20 man chaos marine blobs (1 with terminator lord) deploy against a list of typhus, cult zombies, and 1 or 2 squad of min size plague marines
2. Shooting goes on my Lord's blob and kills some dudes
3. Forget Fearless is shareable on units he's attached to and they flee off board
4. Other blob assaults zombies and doesn't kill enough for sweep
5. Typhus and plague marines join in and kill what's left of my blob

In 5th edition against my friends orks with my space wolves. I won the dice role to seize and my shooting was very hot and his position not good for not getting first turn. Of 1000 points he had, he lost about 425 points his first turn. Was done in about 20 minutes, took longer for both of use to set up.

Played a 1000 point game with my GK vs. some Tau. I won the deployment roll and chose to go second anyway. He deployed his army and I then deployed the only thing I had that couldn't deep strike (a unit of Purifiers in a Rhino).
Turn #1 The Tau player immediately pops my Rhino with a unit of Stealth suits. He then rolls to wound all of my Purifiers due to the Explodes! result he got on my tank. He wounds all of them. I roll all of my 3+armor saves. I fail ALL of them.
The Tau player ends his turn and now it's my go. I successfully roll all of my Deep Strike Reserve rolls (since I played NSF, I got to DS on turn 1). I then get Deep Strike Mishaps on BOTH of my Dreadknights and then proceed to roll a for each mishap (the Dreadknights disappear screaming into the warp). I manage to successfully get my Terminator squad led by my ML3 Librarian on the board without a mishap. I am close enough to the Tau player's command unit to throw a Vortex of Doom (Psychic power) on said command unit. I successfully cast said psychic power and then manage to have it scatter back onto my Termie squad. Since I was clustered up due to Deep Strike the template covers most of my squad. After rolling each result on the Destroyer weapons chart I am left with exactly one Terminator left. I then also manage to fail my Morale check at the end of the phase.
I look over at my opponent (who's jaw is dragging the floor just as much as mine at this point), offer up my hand and say "Good game sir!"

I'e had a game end before turn 1 (2nd edition 40k; thanks, Virus Outbreak!) and in the close combat phase of turn 1 (Eldar Avatar in 1st edition) and a game in 3rd edition where my column of Imperial Guard was ambushed from both sides by World Eaters (3rd edition) and Necrons (5th edition, using a scenario from Battle Missions). In some cases they were funny, but none of them were actually fun. In the case of the World Eaters vs Imperial Guard game, it was also a waste of money, as we'd finished up 90 minutes into a four hour club session.
Ironically, I've not had such a drubbing in the game which is known for it; Warmachine.

In an 1850 point tourney, I brought my Daemons against a guy who was using his buddy's IG (he forgot his CSM at home, he was from out of state). T1, I throw up Grimoire on my big blob of Flesh Hounds, cross everything into the middle deployment zone. His turn, he kills almost 3/4 of one of my two 20 dog Hounds squads and some Nurglings. I proceed to rack up 7 points from various objectives (modified Maelstrom).
T2, I march everything up, assault, and just rip through his entire back line (consisted of Pask and tons of other vehicles). He conceded at T2, as it was like 12-2 and I annihilated 50% of his army in one turn. All in all, it took like 40 minutes.

Fastest was a few months ago. I was playing grey knights and my opponent played dark eldar. I held my whole army in reserve to deepstrike in, which grey Knights have the formation rule that lets them start rolling for reserves turn one. My dark eldar opponent thought he could do the same and said he decided that he was going to hold all in reserve as well. I questioned him about it and he was confident that he knew what he was doing. My first turn passed and it came to his turn and he started rolling for reserves, I asked him what he was rolling for, since you can't start getting reserves till turn 2 without a special rule to override it, like the grey Knights. So turn one ended with most of my grey Knights on the table and no dark eldar to be found. Quick game

My Tau vs Buddy's KDK / Chaos
Hammer and Anvil. 1850pts
He scouts a bunch(8) of khorndogs and a juggerlord up the field.
Flats out a land raider with bloodletters and kharn in it
Flats out 2 minimum marine squads in rhinos.
Moves 2 mauler fiends up the table followed by a KDK chariot with herald.
Also moves up a 5 man raptor squad with a chaos lord i think in it - 12inches.
2 units of cultists in the back field.
I ran a cad with:
1 Ethereal in a devilfish
3 6 man strike teams
3 3man squads crisis teams. 2 squads with fusion blaster/TW Fusion blaster, 1 squad with Plasma Rifle/ TW plasma rifle.
2 squads of pathfinders
1 FW Y'vahra riptide
2 full squads of Sniper drones.
1 FW Rvarna
I lined up on the deployment zone line and had cover and height advantages.
First Turn
I move the Fusion crisis suits up in melta range of his maulers.
Move the Plasma Suits to be in range of his Dogpack.
Super jump the FW Riptide to get into range of the landraider.
Nova charge the haywire shotgun on the FWtide.
Shooting.
Sniper drone teams - 6 marksmen, 16 drones (rapid firing) - boosted by the ethereal - unload 48 bs 5 snipershots and 6 marker lights on the dog pack.
Kill all but one of the dogs. Strike team uses the ML to get the bS boost and ignore cover and kill the last dog and juggerlord.
FWYahvra destroys the land raider causing karn and bloodletter to spill out using the shotgun. - Also the rhinos were infront of the landraider and they got blasted by the Flamers on the Yhvra.
Plasma team wipes out a rhino.
Markerlights light up each of the maulerfiends. Fusion suits kill them both.
Rvarna - Pieplates the last rhino Rhino popping it.
Turn two he moves his raptors/talons up the board, and his footslogging Kharn squad and space marine squads/ maybe they were berzerkers.
My turn 2. Everything else dies except his 2 squads of cultists in the back field.
He concedes.
Ultimately the Rvarna was the least effective and was playtesting only. Real winners were the Yvahra and the sniper drone/ethereal combo.
Game took 1hr - including setup of the table and game. actually playing time. 30min maybe.
Ran almost the same list but at 1500 pts - so minus the rvarna and some smaller model counts in each squad - against guard and they got wiped turn 3 on vanguard strike. everything was in cover and he had a 40 man blob squad that took some time to completely wipe.
Will continue to try this list out see how well it does.

Just an hour ago, a 2250 game of my IG vs my friends Death Guard. We agree to not bring any LoW. Against my better instinct I do not pack my Shadowsword as a failsafe.
I concede after his third turn, having only taken two turns myself (he got the initiative). I have lost 6 Veteran sections, a Company Command section, my Thunderer, my Rapier, my Inquisitor and his 4 man retinue, my Lady Commissar, a LRBT and my Vindicaire. All I have left are two Exterminators, my command LRBT and my Eradicator. He has lost two Marines (one to an overheat) and a Terminator.
The reason? He brought a Typhon.
I shall have to revise my plans next game.

That's just rough. Hopefully he brought along a Techmarine or something so he could legitimately take a Typhon (If I remember right you need to take a Techmarine to unlock the relic vehicles)

TheEyeOfNight- I swear, this thread is 70% smack talk, 20% RP organization, and 10% butt jokes
TheEyeOfNight- "Ordo Xenos reports that the Necrons have attained democracy, kamikaze tendencies, and nuclear fission. It's all tits up, sir."
Space Marine flyers are shaped for the greatest possible air resistance so that the air may never defeat the SPACE MARINES!
Sternguard though, those guys are all about kicking ass. They'd chew bubble gum as well, but bubble gum is heretical. Only tau chew gum
