I was thinking about making a new army, cheap and hopefully good.
Here is what I made:

CAD:
HQ:
herald 55
Troops:
9 bloodletters 90
9 bloodletters 90
FA:
Rhino 35
Rhino 35

Formations 1536
2x same Gorepack 768 consisting of:
2x3 bikers each with melta (96 each)
4x9 hounds each (144 each)

So a total of 72 hounds with HoW and 12 bikes.

So I was thinking about just overwhelming my enemy with lots and lots of attacks with furious charge, HoW,...
They will scout move 12" toward their enemy, move 12" and then charge the turn after.

Only thing I won't be able to deal with is heavy vehicles. Anyone got some nice suggestions or will this horribly fail?

PS: I just love he hounds, and bloodletters so I'd like to keep as many as possible but I would love to take it to a real high level. I suppose there are many high armored vehicles with armor 12+ on the rear. And if there are, just avoiding them would be an option. Ofcourse there will be hard counters, but I think there won't be much?

you're picture, while a nifty idea, makes it hard to decipher what's in your list.
writing it out will probably get you more replies.

You'd probably do well to cut a few hounds and make your HQ a powerful Juggerlord. I'd give him a Power Fist to help with anti-vehicle a bit if needed.

You have 8 melta guns so you'll do ok, but keep the bikes protected. Scouting the hounds up should help draw fire off of them. Another thing to consider is a couple of Maulerfiends or Soulgrinderw, but this means cutting more hounds.
