Subject: Eldar Army Showcase - Adding Units When They Are Finished

Hey guys I am still fairly new to painting, and new to using an airbursh. But nonetheless I have a tournament coming up January 23rd and wanted to play Eldar. It is 1250 points team and I don't have any eldar yet so starting from scratch. Below is the first piece I have finished. I think it came out alright but have already figured out how to better line highlight and do gems to a better quality. Any C&C you have would be great. Thanks!
The list I have to paint is:

Looks like the work of an experienced painter, too me! Very smooth paint job with nice shading and highlighting.

With the first pics I felt something was missing, but with the change to green gems the sceme suddenly came out really solid.

Looking great! The green gems look great as already commented but for me they could do with blending more between the highlighted parts and darker sections.
