Those are not bad for starting off with, tough I would advise a Panzer IV over a Tiger initially as it is a big points investment.
You pretty much have the makings of a full 2000 point army there from the start. Now to advise:
The Pioneers are essentially an entire army unto themselves and if you do not have the additional units PDF then get it now - it is a free download found here http://www.warlordgames.com/downloads/pdf/BA-additional-units.pdf. It contains the rules for Pioneers (really worth it, they can take flamethrowers as a section support weapon) and the rules for that Goliath. I would advise leaving the Pioneers until you have some more experience though.
The Grenadiers box is a nice one and has plenty of weapon options available to it. Play around and get comfortable with your force. It also has some extra shiny bits too
The Infantry box is dependable if a little old and will not let you down.

There is one thing to remember here though: Your tank. The Tiger is a nasty piece of work, make no mistake, but it also costs a hell of a lot. Use it for what it was bred to do: tank killing. There are few vehicles out there that inspire as much fear in an enemy tanker than the sight of a hull down Tiger. But be careful with it. If you get too overconfident with your Tiger you will lose it - all your opponent needs to do is get lucky once. Prioritise their AT weapons and take them out.

If you want a basic army list or two then just ask.

I got the stug with the Starter set so i was mainly going to be using it. The Tiger i got a deal for every hundred you spend at NWS you get a armor vehicle for half price and i could not pass on the Tiger just for the modelling part f it.Especially now that i do not get to play that much.especially now that bulk of the PLayers in group are big on COH2 online.
