Not a fan of Vindicators. Too short of range and easy to take out. I also do not see the purpose of the Land Raider since you want those guys out on the ground shooting. I would drop all three and invest in a Sicaran and Deredeo contemptor and use any points you have left to buff up the Tyrants.

Figure out ways to get points to put apothecaries with aug scanners in with the tacticals.

Not a bad list but at a minimum ditch the Raider, it does nothing for you except eat up points.
