Found these two in Horus Heresy Illuminations and I have no idea what Legion these guys are.
Any ideas?

Rotting Sorcerer of Nurgle

Thousand Suns. Notice the Beetle Aquila on the Left guy's chest and the sun flare insignias on both

That makes sense. I thought the first one was a cow skull or something on his chest and I wasn't sure what to make of the Sun Flare.
Shame their actual models look nothing like this.

Definitely looks like a bull or ram skull to me - it's repeated on his dangly thing without the wings. Odd that both have a human (ish) skull on their main shoulderpads, though the Word Bearers also sometimes have the legion emblem take second place to the chapter emblem.
All we have so far are legion-specific add-on parts for existing armours, these guys armour deviates extensively from any of the standard marks so are presumably a legion-specific unit.

If not for the very faint (almost as if it had been done in pencil and not quite completely erased?) Thousand Son emblem on his chest-thing I'd have pegged the guy on the right as a Death Guard.
The armour is very archaic looking, I'm inclined to wonder if they might be Custodes or Thunder Warriors.

The one on the right was an alpha Legion concept sketch, the one on the left was a sons of horus concept sketch, both ended up being the limited ed models, iron warrior and sons of horus respectively
