Was looking into doing an S A S themed Caledonian army before realising that the S A S aren't linkable. They are AVA 4 and have corporal who would round out the 5th member of the link team nicely. They don't seem to be any more powerful than other troops who are linkable, so any ideas? Seems a shame to me, and if anyone should be considered linkable surely it should be the S A S?

Infiltrating Camouflaged Skirmishers never link.
Besides, they are not like anything remotely similar to the british SAS.

At least I hope so, if you damned brits have access to the murederglorious SASCRAP then we have a problem.

The Special Ariadnan Service isn't the SAS you're thinking of.

In any regards there's a lot of units like the SAS, Intruders, Chasseurs, and Foxtrot Rangers that have high AVA but aren't Linkable.

I may be wrong on this, 'cause the N3 Index isn't too up to date, but Skirmishers are never linkable and camouflage units are very seldom (only Bruant) linkable.

And Bruant's only Limited camo, so he won't go back to being a marker

They look like the SAS I'm thinking of! Linked camo tokens would be pretty brutal I suppose. Still might do the SAS themed army because cool.
