It kind of looks like you don't have a game plan. It looks like you asked yourself "how do I deal with ****?" and made sure to have an answer to whatever possibility might come up. Which is a necessity yes, but your lacking a general flow your army takes. Answers are good and eldar makes most of our answers excellent, but the difference between a decent and a great army is the the strategy you build around and how well you execute it. So before I can really give advice I gotta ask, what do you actually want to do? Eldar have the potential to do most strategies well, just need to hammer which one to use.

The overall strategy I am trying to achieve is to have units to specifically deal with opposing units efficiently e.g. swooping hawks to take out flyers and fire dragons to take out high armoured vehicles
Use Jetbikes to capture objectives and to deal lots of wounds to average armoured units and potentially dealing with low armoured vehicles.
The Wraithknight deals with high armoured targets while being durable and long ranged to take out very threatening models.
The Dire Avengers can sit on an objective (and were more of a filler for the 3rd squad in the aspect host)
The Fire Dragons are meant to take out vehicles or terminators etc
Warp Spiders and Hawks can both deep strike, taking out other vehicles and or flyers. These two are also extremely maneuverable and could also hold objectives is needed.

Can DA be a part of the Aspect Host formation? I don't have my book available, but pretty they can't.

No earth shattering, thought provoking quote. I'm just someone who was introduced to 40K in the late 80's and it's become a lifelong hobby. |

Yes they can.
3 units of Dire Avengers, Howling Banshees, Striking Scorpions, Fire Dragons, Swooping Hawks, Warp Spiders, Shining Spears or Dark Reapers (in any combination).

Off the bat, a "filler" unit probably shouldn't be there in a tournament list. You've also spent a fair few points on them, which would be better spent on more warp spiders or jetbikes or farseers/warlocks. Right now you're basically just looking at guide/prescience,and not reliably getting off more than one power a turn, maybe two because Eldar.
Also might suggest adding a scatter laser to the WK so he can charge what he doesn't D. Finally, while BS5 wave serpent is interesting, it might not be ideal overall.
Dropping your first host (and swapping the spiders into the second) would free up points for a second cad including another WK if allowed. If not, points enough for a third seer, baharroth, and beefing up a unit of bikes to 5 or so to put the characters in.

I like your list very much but i will suggest you some changes
A) dont upgrate your farseer (exept of the bike)
B) always always always an extra gun in a wk i prefer sl
C) lose the first aspect host and instead take 2 dire avengers with serpent as troops so that the have objsec
D) with the spare points you can take more bikes. For me the magic number is 5 sl bikes.

"Listen closely Brothers, for my life's breath is all but spent. There shall come a time far from now when our Chapter itself is dying, even as I am now dying, and our foes shall gather to destroy us. Then my children, I shall listen for your call in whatever realm of death holds me, and come I shall, no matter what the laws of life and death forbid. At the end I will be there. For the final battle. For the Wolftime."Leman Russ |

I like poster Dreal's advice except for item C. DAs and Waves Serpents. WaveS just aren't durable like they used to be, having lost 3+ Jinks. Gravguns and Meltas are everywhere.
I'll add that a unit of 5 Warp Spiders are really a pain to try to kill on a terrain LOS-blocking table, they don't pack the wallop of a 9 to 10 dude unit. I'd consolidate them.
I've gotten used to the Sword and Board WK. The dual WraithCan *can* erase one to two units per game (rolling on a 6 to Wound/Pen), but a GhostGlaive:
1. deals out far more of those '6' "You're Off the Able, SUCKA!" Wounds/Pens
2. can handle any deathstar, as well as other Garg Creatures, do better against *other* gun WKs, and Voltron slices through Imperial Walkers
3. and the Invuln just can't be over sold enough (Ignores Cover Gravgun crews, Tau)
4. Plus, Field Presence/Control on a h2h WK is a valuable tool that the hang-back and shoot gun WK doesn't quite have.
I find power toys on the exarch not so good. He's only sissy S3.

Dire sword exarch confers 5++ into his squad with Shimmershield. Power weapons ain't really a thing there.
