This is a list that came to me in a fever dream brought on by too much glue exposure.
It uses the Renegades of Vraks list and The Purge detachment to get bulk spawn for cheap.

The list puts a tremendous number of very fast and tough fearless wounds on the table
that can fill a variety of roles. They can bully most units, hold objectives well, crack light
and medium tanks, and deal reasonably well with monstrous creatures, bikes, and jetbikes.
Its mobility will let it hop from cover to cover to mitigate the lack of armor saves.
Be'lakor provides a small bubble of shrouding and some troubleshooting vs larger vehicles, SHV and GCs.

Clearly this isn't going to hold up well in a Kill Points mission, and it doesn't have any answer
to Pentatyrant or multiple IK lists. But it should do well enough against scatpacks, battle company,
war convocation, and plenty of other common lists. It'll bleed wounds, but the amount of fast
aggression it can apply is significant, and its physical bulk on the table should be able
to help dictate the flow of play. I'm interested to hear what you think.

Wow.uh. maybe dial some stuff back to upgrade the nurglings to horrors.
Some shooting would be good. Spawn can't hurt dreads

Nurglings to horrors is probably a worthwhile change.

Spawn don't necessarily need to hurt dreads though, Be'lakor and Drones can do that if necessary. Non-superheavy walkers aren't particularly common in the meta though, so I doubt how much of an issue that would actually be. Autocannon support squads might be worthwhile to break open transports so that the Spawn don't have to do it.
