Adolescent Youth on Ultramar

Started playing Warhammer 40k back in 2008 or something like that, when I was 9. Let my dad paint all my figures, as well as buying TONS of 40k stuff from newspaper adverts and ebay and the like (2000+ point Necron and Ork army with cases for about £45, bloody good deal!). I started getting interested in the painting and modelling side of things, and less interested in the gaming side. I was truely awful at painting! After selling nearly all my figures and being away from the hobby for about 4 or 5 years, decided to get bak into painting, so I stripped the paint of a few models and started again. I still consider myself as being quite novice to painting, but I am improving.

I mainly paint Space Marine Ultramarines (typical), but I do have a few tau models kicking about. Other interest include Radio Controlled flying and Warsaw Pact Militaria (mainly East German).

Average skill painter and modeller who always welcomes tips and tricks.

What's left of Cadia

Hi. welcome to Dakka, and to the Ultramarines!

TheEyeOfNight- I swear, this thread is 70% smack talk, 20% RP organization, and 10% butt jokes
TheEyeOfNight- "Ordo Xenos reports that the Necrons have attained democracy, kamikaze tendencies, and nuclear fission. It's all tits up, sir."
Space Marine flyers are shaped for the greatest possible air resistance so that the air may never defeat the SPACE MARINES!
Sternguard though, those guys are all about kicking ass. They'd chew bubble gum as well, but bubble gum is heretical. Only tau chew gum
