His default for charging Lychguard, the reserves reroll one, getting better saves in ruins, grabbing EW for when he needs to tank Force and S10 stuff...

It entirely depends what you need at the specific moment. He might not be killy, but he's durable and enhances any squad he's with GREATLY.
