Buffing the horrors up to 11 (lol) for the extra power die is pretty standard. You will possibly only get the extra die during the first turn, but low point games may get to be a bit safer with not that much stuff on the table so it's worth it anyway.
Consider swapping the screamers for flamers. At this point level 3 templates may erase an infantry squad. This will give you another 10-ish points for a lesser reward on the herald (if you want it).
Cross your fingers for bolt of change, if you're not rolling on daemonology, and with your three psyker units you should be able to take down the occasional AV10 vehicle.
You may drop 1 level on the herald and the chariot altogether to get a Tzeentch grinder. AV13 at 500 pts may be a little too much though so it's your call.
