So I was looking for a way to use the Scyk. Almost everyone agrees that adding a title and a secondary weapon won't work because 3 damage kills it. So I thought of using it in a swarm.

What about?

Cartel Spacer x5

Kavil + Blaster Turret + R4 agromech

It gives you a simliar dial and stats to a tie fighter swarm and Kavil provides the heavy hitting.

I'm not prejudiced, I hate everyone equally

Problem is, Feedback Array Z-95's cost the same, and are better almost all of the time. Unlike a TIE Swarm, Scyks have nothing to buff their weak 2-dice attacks. In contrast, TIEs have Howlrunner and Youngster, while Feedback Z-95's have feedback array to land damage on high-agility targets. This is the same reason that you do not see Naked Z-95 or A-wing swarms. While these ships are not bad, they just lack the punch to be viable when taken en-mass.

Against your list, I would just focus fire on Kavil, since he is the only real threat. Heck, all I need is to prevent him from taking actions and your list has no teeth. Once I've neutralized Kavil, an Ace will tear you apart, and joust-based lists will eat you alive.

Q: What do you call a Dinosaur Handpuppet?
