So basically, I was frustrated at how many tokens and dice I was having to use to mark damage on my big KoW hordes, so I made magnetised tokens and counters that are much tidier and easier to display large damage numbers clearly.

The main concept is that you make a bunch of tokens with the numbers 0-9 and then magnetise them. Then you put a steel sheet or magnet on a 25mm base. This way you can just pop the numbers on the base in any order you like so you can get any number from 0-99 using only one 'token' on the board.
