Do Guardian squads have to remain stationary to fire the weapons platform at full BS. If they can move and shoot can anyone help me out with a page number

You follow the rules for firing the weapon in question. If you are firing a heavy weapon moving and firing results in snap firing so on and so forth.

Found the rule, they have relentless. Pg 153 Eldar codex. Sorry for the pointless thread

Eldar heavy weapon platforms have the relentless special rule, so they count as having been stationary in the movement phase.
