Hello, i play spacewolves for a long time and i recently won a local tourney with pure wolves 1500 pts.

Here are my 2 cents:

I prefer going with champions of fenris detach due to better relics (kraken bone sword, fellclaws teeth)and warlord traits ( number 1 is one of the best traits out there), and then i add a cad for obj sec troops.

I always have a thunderwolf battle leader with krakenbone/ss with runic armour along with two squads of thunderwolves , all storm shields and one with ss/pf in each squad. For 2 compulsory elites i take one squad of five termies (2 combi melta / ss, 1 combi melta/pf, 2 combi melta/power axe) in a pod and either an iron priest on a wolf for 2+ save tanking or a second squad of termies , 4 of them (2 ss/combi plasma, 1 pf/combi plasma, 1 power axe/ combi plasma) in a pod along with a runepriest level 2 from the CAD with divination. If i take the first variant of the compulsory elites ( melta termies, iron priest) i put my runepriest on a bike with runic armour and biomancy to join my TWC. As troops for the CAD i take five man melta combi melta GH squads in Pods.

In 1850 pts i would go for something like that:

Now lets move to your list.

I think the tax you pay for the reserve buff of the wolves unleashed detach is too high (2 additional HQs and 2 non objective secure troops) but if you want to play stormwolves (which i think are expensive) the way you built your list is the only viable one and i would do the same. I would loose the one priest and wolfenstone (2 are enough) and i would add more thunderwolves to make 2 squads of 3 to avoid focus fire on them.
