I'm looking for feedback on how to finish this list for a 1k tournament. Options I am considering: inclusion of a Dreadnought w/ autocannon, inclusion of a second ML3 librarian (since the terminators will be combat squadded), or simply spending the remainder of the points on relics/melee upgrades.

The only prohibition on the list is that I want it to be pure Grey Knights, no allies, and I don't want to try and include a second Dreadknight. Local meta unknown. Please comment! Thanks in advance.

NDK : Add sword and Incinerator. You need a VERY good reason to not to do it.

2nd Libby can be included in place of 5 terminators. Draigo is an option with Gate and 3++/2++. Or Stern to give buffs and make them durable. Take a DLD if you want to go that beefstar way.

Have no idea why are you against 2nd NDK. Hands down the best unit GK can offer.

Dreadnought is a waste of point ps this edition without fabulous 8/4 shooting.

Depending on what armis you are facing I've also found purifiers in a rhino to be a very strong choice. Drive that thing hard into a tau gunline and watch it explode. If one purifier survives say hello to a nightmarish cleansing flame of doom to your opponent. That or stick them with someone that has gate of infinity for some teleporting nova goodness. Also depending on if your store uses ITC rules or not, they are very good anti air due to auto hit and ignores cover.

Not sure I can really risk turning my army into a one unit deathstar plus an NDK. I'll try to squeeze in points for at least the heavy incinerator on the NDK. Do you think I should be rolling Telepathy to fish for Invisibility on the Librarian or should I go full Sanctic for Gate of Infinity?

The tournament is going to be scenario based (unknown as to what: but primary, secondary and tertiary objectives in each round), so I have some concerns about mobility (and is why the interceptors are included). I know I will dominate the psychic phase, but I am worried about facing even moderately armored or low AP-toting lists. My only thought is to try and deploy my whole army together to hit hard and quick on a denied flank with the deepstrike/shunts.

Depends what you're facing is what you'd want to do. Heavy incinerator on a dreadknight is a very strong choice and is worth it's points. GK have a very weak anti armor capability outside of melee sadly.

As far as psychic powers go, toss the book on your librarian to give him another roll on Santic, roll that first, then roll the rest. Psychic is very situational. If you're facing a lot of 4+ armor models or hordes (Tau, Nids, Orks, Mechanicum etc.) then spamming Santic for cleansing flame is a good bet for a deepstriking librarian. You'll be leaving holes in the opponents lines where he lands. If you're facing tank lines, or heavy hitting units with a lot of pie plates, invisibility is definitely one to go for in general.
