Looks legit to me. The only minor consideration I'd have would be giving the librarian Shroud of Heroes for FnP, as he's a little squishy base.

Replace one terminator squad with Deathwing Knights.

Replace another terminator squad with more Black Knights or bikers with grav.

You're right, they're slow. But that's what your fast moving bike squads are for: tie up the wraithknight for a turn until the Knights arrive.

And the value of normal terminators is their power fists, not shooting, so the same strategy applies.

In the DW Redemption Force, you have to take 2 regular squads of Termies, although you can add DW Knights if you want. I wouldn't though, as you said they are easy to avoid really and they just sit and take it for one turn. I wonder if you wouldn't be served better replacing one squad of Black Knights with a unit of Grav bikes (2x Grav, Combigrav), although Black Knights are quite good especially if they are near a Darkshroud (that rerollable 2+ jink really annoys people). Definitely take the Shroud for the Libby and possibly an Auspex as well if you can find the points.

My armies (re-counted and updated on 11/7/24, including modeled wargear options):
Dark Angels: ~16000 Astra Militarum: ~1200 | Imperial Knights: ~2300 | Leagues of Votann: ~1300 | Tyranids: ~3400 | Stormcast Eternals: ~5000 | Kruleboyz: ~3500 | Lumineth Realm-Lords: ~700

Thanks for posting this list. Ive been looking for some inspiration for using terminators - this list nails it.
